Jorge Millares is an entrepreneur minded executive with a history of success in the private sector and in public service. Early in his career Jorge started his own business, a multi-site marketing and advertising firm which acquired and managed Fortune 500 clients in Miami, Florida and Jacksonville, Florida. After the birth of his first daughter, he stepped away from his flourishing business to enjoy her early years. 

 

Time would go on until 2007 when he was presented with an exciting opportunity. The opportunity to join a start-up digital marketing firm with great growth potential. Jorge spent almost 10 years with the organization as a director of sales and business development. During his time with the organization he played a critical role in the growth of the business. When he began working at the company it was a small business with just under 200 employees. By the time that Jorge left the company, it had over 3000 employees and has been recognized by the New York Times as the largest digital media and marketing firm in the country with a valuation exceeding $11 billion.  

 

In addition to his professional achievements Jorge is a fierce advocate for his community. His dedication to the people of Charlotte has been highly recognized. Jorge became the first Latino to receive the City of Charlotte Government’ Martin Luther King Jr. “Keeper of the Dream” Award and has also been recognized by the NAACP of Charlotte-Mecklenburg County as the recipient of their “Community Champion Award’ in 2018. 

 

Over the past few years he has utilized his digital marketing experience to help content creators grow their social media presence and client base. This venture began with him helping his daughter and fiancee who have become prominent content creators. Under his leadership and management, @jensensavannah and @babymelo have both grown to over a combined 1M followers and have a growing portfolio of clients across the nation. It was then that he discovered his ability and passion for social media marketing, content creator services and client acquisition. Now Jorge looks to share his expertise with others and looks forward to assisting content creators across the nation achieve their dreams.
